Shipping Information

We have worked hard to ensure that our delivery process is as efficient and stress free as possible for our customers. We send every order using APC Overnight - our reliable shipping partners. With APC, we are able to offer an overnight service which is tracked from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives to you, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday to arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will arrive on the following Monday, and those orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will dispatch the following Monday. We do not ship at weekends.

You will receive email notifications, and SMS alerts if you select this at checkout, to find tracking for your package as soon as it leaves us, which will be through APC's system. Postage to Europe is weight dependent, with the maximum weight being 2,000g (2kg) which costs £12.50. This is the most you will be charged for European shipping.
