If you have forgotten your password, go to the account login and underneath where you would normally login you can see 'forgotten my password'. Click on this and follow it step by step to reset your password.
Signing up for an online account with us allows you to save all of your shipping information allowing for a seamless checkout process, view your previous order history and to join the Sixth Sinners Club loyalty and reward scheme. See the next section for questions related to the Sixth Sinners Club.

You can earn points by completing different actions. These include signing up, placing an order, following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, celebrating your birthday and referring friends.
The main way to redeem SSC points is to get money off your order. 10 SSC points equals £1 off your order. You can also redeem 30 SSC points for free standard shipping.
To be added to our close friends only Instagram story, please just DM us with a screenshot of your order and we'll add you onto the list. The close friends story is the best way to stay up to date with new product drops, exclusive 'close friends only' deals and more.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from SIXTHSAINT up to 14 days after the purchase was made, for a full refund. Due to our same day dispatch picking and packing process, it's unlikely that we will be able to cancel your order if your request is not within 1 hour of the order being placed or is out of business hours. The best way to 'cancel' your order is to wait until you have received the product, then to return it to us for a full refund. You can start the returns process by visiting our returns center.
Due to the expedited nature of our picking and packing process, we usually can't process requests for orders to be cancelled, if these requests come outside of business orders and aren't within 1 hour of the order being placed.
If you need to change the address of your order, please email our support team using firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to help you. Please get in contact as soon as you realise that you need to change the address because our picking, packing and shipping process is very fast.
All UK orders are sent as standard using Royal Mail First Class which is an untracked service, which usually takes 1-2 Working Days. Express Shipping (next day) and Next Day shipping (before 1pm) uses DPD, which you can track here.
International Orders use local couriers and logistics partners for us to ship your item to you from our Milton Keynes based warehouse. European orders take around 3-5 working days after dispatch and please allow 5-7 working days for the Rest of The World.
Please allow 5 days for your order to arrive to any UK address due to sometimes unforeseen delays with Royal Mail. For international orders, please allow 12 days before contacting us. Any orders that have not arrived within this time frame, please email email@example.com and one of our customer service team can help chase up your order.
For any tracked delivery, once the item has been marked delivered on the tracking system with the courier, we have to take that as being with the customer at this point. Please ensure you check for any attempted delivery slip note, with neighbours or in any communal areas. We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels once the courier marks as delivered so for this reason please ensure you get your order delivered to a safe place that you have access to. However, any queries relating to marked as delivered, please reach out to us.

Returns and exchanges
To start the returns process, visit our returns center here. Once there, enter your order number and the email address/phone number you used when you ordered. Our system will find the order, and all you have to do is follow the steps to return it to us. We review return requests manually so keep checking your email for an update (make sure to double check your junk folder just in case).
**Please do not just return your item before going through our return system otherwise we cannot process the return and you will not receive a replacement or refund**

Our system will find the order, and all you have to do is follow the steps to exchange it. We review exchange requests manually so keep checking your email for an update (make sure to double check your junk folder just in case).
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your original payment method. The process begins once the return is registered back into our system through the warehouse team.
The refund time is in the hands of our payment processors and therefore we unfortunately have no control over speeding this process up. If a negative balance payout fails, then the payout is tried again in 3 business days.
Returns are not currently free unless the item is faulty. If you change your mind on your purchase and it is too late to cancel, the cost is charged to the customer. Please use our Returns Centre to process any returns or exchanges.
